Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please get in touch. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return costs are to be paid for by the customer (unless faulty - see below). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Faults
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 72hrs if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions & Exclusions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like made-to-order and custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded onto your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
Cancellations
In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your order, there will be a 10% admin fee deducted from your total refund. This is to cover bank fees, admin costs, design time etc.

If the manufacture has started, there will be a restocking fee charged. Typically this will be 25% of the total order value, but may be higher depending on the amount of works that have been completed to date. Please contact us to discuss.
